Is ELYZO a marketplace?
No. ELYZO is transaction infrastructure. ELYZO Listings publishes properties, and Roofin coordinates the transaction itself. We do not match buyers and sellers or take a transaction fee as an intermediary.
Does ELYZO hold funds?
No. ELYZO is not a financial institution and does not hold client funds. Escrow is handled by regulated escrow partners within the coordinated workflow.
Who is the platform for?
Banks, servicers, brokers, developers and institutional property owners who need to coordinate complex transactions in regulated environments.
How do I get access?
Access is currently rolling out to institutional partners. Contact our team and we will guide you through onboarding.
